Hadrian Conquered!

Well, actually, make that Hadrian's Wall. Kathie, Joan, Hisako, Tetsu, and I finished the 84 mile trek over hill and dale, through pastures and forests, pub to pub, B&B to B&B - yesterday afternoon! Yea! I can't seem to stop looking on the ground for the next cow plop to avoid stepping in. The scenery was fantastic, the weather usually good (wonderful cool winds as opposed to muggy, sweltering Charleston), the people all friendly and helpful...I just can't get over that we made it!

Back in Edinburgh for a couple days then flying home. Can't wait to see my babies, but I sure will be sorry to leave here. Wah!
